Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Payment:
- Payment is only accepted by bank transfer.
- Full payment is due 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Where payment has not been received 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival, we may cancel your booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Before payment is due:
You may cancel freely up to 14 days before arrival. - Payment:
If you cancel, the first 7 calendar days from the day you cancel are forfeited.
Any booked days after those 7 days will be credited for future use. - Short Stays:
If your entire booking falls within the 7‑day forfeiture window, no credit is due. - No-shows, early departures, late arrivals:
These are not eligible for credit. - Discretion & exceptions:
We may make exceptions in genuine circumstances.
Where an exception is requested, we may ask for supporting evidence (for example, a vet's letter).
All decisions are made at Pawsies' discretion. - How to Cancel: Please let us know in writing by email, text, or preferably WhatsApp.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
- Bookings may be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability.
- Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 14 days prior to the original scheduled arrival date.
- Requests for rescheduling after 14 days prior to the original arrival date will be subject to the Cancellation Policy above.
- Pawsies will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
By booking a stay at Pawsies, you agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. This policy ensures fairness and transparency for guests and Pawsies, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of service and care for all furry guests and their hoomans.
The cancellation policy in place at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
