Pricing at Pawsies

At Pawsies, daycare and overnight care typically ranges from £40 to £55 per day/night.

We don’t give an exact price until after your dog’s Meet & Greet ‑ because the level of care each dog needs is different. Some dogs are calm and low-maintenance. Others need more supervision, structure, and handling. That directly affects the time and attention required.

What we can do is be very clear about what pushes the price up — and what keeps it down.

What Keeps the Price Lower

Your rate is usually at the lower end when your dog:

• is small or medium sized
• has calm behaviour
• settles well in a home environment
• mixes easily with other dogs
• needs minimal one-to-one supervision

What Pushes the Price Higher

Your rate moves toward the higher end when your dog:

• is large, very strong, or highly energetic
• needs close supervision or separation at times
• has behavioural or training challenges
• is new to group care and needs extra support
• requires more handling, structure, or management

Other Factors That Affect Cost

• Early drop-off or late collection can add a small charge
• Peak periods (such as Christmas and major holidays) use seasonal rates
• Specialist or extended care is quoted individually

Why We Assess First

We are a small, home-based, limited-places service — not a high-volume kennel. The Meet & Greet lets us make sure the environment is right for your dog and the group, and lets you know exactly what to expect on price.

If lowest possible cost is the main priority, we’re probably not the right fit. If quality care and proper supervision matter most, you’ll feel comfortable here.
